PMIQ Mentoring Program 2021 - Mentee Registration
Objective:
If you need some advice, guidance and support from a colleague who has been on this journey a bit longer than you, and are keen to learn more about yourself and how to be more productive, stop procrastinating and manage stress better, this is the program for you!
This program was established to enable PMI Queensland members (Mentees) to develop their skills and strengths under the mentorship of professionals in their fields, while giving professionals and experts (Mentors) the opportunity to share their experience with emerging talents.

10 months
Program structure:
- Launch of Mentoring program - learn more about Mentoring and your responsibility in driving the success of the program - Feb 24th 2021
- Goal setting workshop - March*
- Meet your Mentor workshop - March*
- Monthly meetings with your Mentor (recommended) - ongoing
- Productivity, Procrastination & Managing Stress masterclass *
- Collaboration & Teamwork workshop *
- End of program celebration: Lessons learnt and closing of program *
PLEASE NOTE: Attendance to all workshops and masterclasses are compulsory. No refunds will be given once you have completed your Kolbe A assessment post the Mentoring Program Launch.

Approximately 20 depending on how often the pairs meet
Costs:
Program cost for Mentees: PMI Queensland Members $200 / Non-members $300 – this includes training, refreshments, all materials and PMI Queensland program support for the year
Key dates:
The program Launch is on the 24th of February 2021. All workshop and master class dates will be shared during the Launch.
