Overview
The role of the Project Manager is evolving, and success in 2026 will require more than strong delivery skills. Project Managers are increasingly expected to influence without authority, navigate complexity, and deliver results in environments of constant change.
This lunch & learn introduces the THRIVE Leadership Framework, a practical approach to future-ready leadership. Participants will gain practical tools and insights to help them thrive in organisations in 2026 and beyond, strengthening their impact, influence, and effectiveness as Project Management leaders.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Understand what will differentiate successful Project Managers in 2026, beyond technical delivery and methodology
- Gain a practical leadership framework (THRIVE) to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and competing stakeholder demands
- Learn how to build trust and influence without formal authority, increasing credibility and impact across projects
- Improve their ability to create clarity in complex environments, helping teams stay focused and aligned
- Develop greater confidence leading through change, ambiguity, and evolving organisational priorities
- Identify 1–2 intentional actions they can take immediately to position themselves for success in 2026 and beyond

Marija is a Fellow Certified HR Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
