Cyber Delivery in the Age of AI: Small Moves, Big Impact.

OVERVIEW

We’re already living in the future. Some of us are sprinting ahead, others are finding their footing or standing still. But one thing is clear: if you want to remain competitive and prepared for the new way of working, AI is no longer optional.

AI is not just for the technically inclined, it’s for everyone. And the best part? You don’t need anyone's permission to start. You just need curiosity and a willingness to learn and experiment.

This session is for you regardless of where you are in your professional or AI journey. Whether you're leading a team, managing a complex project, or just beginning to explore AI, all are welcome.

We’ll explore how AI is transforming the People, Process, and Technology (PPT) model in cybersecurity delivery, and how those working on or managing projects can harness it to drive meaningful change.

Because even the most complex cyber security challenges can be broken down and solved with clarity, especially when guided by the three pillars of PPT and with the assistance of AI. And when we make the work enjoyable, we build stronger teams and better outcomes.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • Why small shifts, like adopting a new habit, tweaking a process, or integrating an AI-powered tool, can lead to exponential improvements
  • How to apply AI within the PPT framework in simple, actionable ways that don’t require a technical background
  • How to use AI and PPT to rescue struggling projects, elevate successful ones, or confidently kick off new initiatives
  • How to make cybersecurity delivery more human-centered, engaging, and even fun, without compromising on safety or ethics
  • How to lead with AI responsibly, ensuring ethical and secure implementation across your teams and projects
