August Chapter Event | Forensic Technology for PM

Business Acumen

DIGITAL THREAT! The digital threat environment adds a whole new layer of complexity to successful project management. Every project now has some degree of technology driven interdependence. Before you get to competing stakeholder interests, development & maintenance costs, user requirements and acceptance etc it is critical to understand the nature of the digital threat landscape - and be able to explain it to others whilst simultaneously finding common ground that will keep the project at a practical level and achieve its stated aims.  Successful navigation requires the effective application of a combination of digital skills and knowledge - and being able to convert it all to plain English.
