OVERVIEW
This session presents a panel of experienced, hands-on professionals in cyber security and project management who will navigate these two seemingly 'conflicting' domains. It is a fascinating exploration of cyber security requirements within project management.
Drawing on experience from both lenses, the panel discussion will deliberate on the value of cyber security as a project gateway, the importance of business buy-in on cyber risk management before the initiation of a project or program of works, and how cyber security can be managed effectively and add value within a project. The panel will also discuss the various roles in cyber security and how they can complement the various phases of the project lifecycle.
