Overview

There are different types of leadership styles that can be adopted as a project professional progresses through their career. Phoebe will be sharing her experience the impact different leadership styles has on program or project delivery.


Learning Outcomes

  1. Leadership is a great power skill and a tool to lead the team to a successful program/project delivery.   
  2. The right leadership skill plays an essential part in influencing the right people to achieve the right outcome.  
  3. There’s no one size fit all leadership style. Each works best to his/her advantage if leveraged appropriately.

Delivery Lead, Shell Energy

Phoebe Tee is an Agile (CPAPM-SAFe and Certified Scrum Master), PMP and PRINCE2 certified Project Manager with a strong technical and business acumen background. Her tertiary education covers an MBA majoring in Strategy and a bachelor's degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering.  

With more than ten (10) years of end-to-end project management experience in Agile and waterfall methodology (hybrid included) in energy, financial industry, Government, cutting edge technology in R&D, infrastructure, telecommunication, ICT/IT and software industries, she has consistently delivered projects successfully within the targeted scopes, budget and schedule, even with multiple simultaneous projects.
