PMI Queensland Members: Free with a refundable attendance deposit
Non-Members & Guests: Paid tickets
Places are limited, and registration is essential.
Important Member Deposit & Refund Policy
To help us accommodate as many members as possible and minimise the costs associated with unattended registrations, we have introduced a fully refundable attendance deposit for members attending this year's Christmas Party.
As PMI Queensland provides complimentary food, drinks and venue access for our members, each registration represents a cost to the Chapter. Unfortunately, when registered attendees don't attend, these costs cannot always be recovered.
How the deposit works:
- Attend the event: Your deposit will be refunded in full following your attendance.
- Cancel before 1 December: Notify us of your cancellation before 1 December 2026 to receive a full refund.
- Register but don't attend: If you do not attend and have not cancelled before the deadline, your deposit will not be refunded.
Any deposits retained from unattended registrations will help offset venue and catering costs, allowing us to continue providing free events and experiences to our members in the future.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us make these events accessible to as many members as possible.

Virtual Event / Meetings
Following your registration, you will receive all relevant details, where applicable, via email. Please check your inbox for this critical information, as it will provide instructions and links to access the event.
In-person Attendance
Proof of registration will be required upon entry, as places are limited at our events. Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation email with you on the day.
Dress Code
All attendees are encouraged to wear smart business casual attire to support the professional nature of the event.
Refunds
You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund up to five (5) working days before the date and time of the event (Excludes PMDoS & Special Events). We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Photography / Videography
Attendees should note that our events may be recorded and published in various media, including print, audio and video formats, without further notice.
