Grounded in empirical evidence and real-world Australian megaprojects—including Sydney Metro and Snowy 2.0—this presentation equips project leaders with practical strategies to build trust, reduce resistance, and drive lasting project success.

His strategic planning expertise, utilising tools like the Balanced Scorecard, underscores his ability to deliver sustained success while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships through clear communication and relationship-building.
Hari is an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) and a professional member of the Resolution Institute. His strong mediation skills enable him to navigate conflicts effectively, fostering collaborative environments that promote resolution and understanding among stakeholders. This proficiency enhances his overall project management approach, ensuring that challenging stakeholder dynamics are addressed constructively.
Formally, Hari holds a Graduate Diploma of Portfolio Management from Skills Recognition International (2021) and an Advanced Diploma of Program Management from Asset College (2020), along with completing a Project Management Exam Preparation course with the Project Management Institute (2009).
With over a decade of experience in the VET, education, and corporate sectors, Hari's subject matter expertise spans leadership, management, project management, and vocational skills.
