How to Manage your Stakeholders.
Overview
Projects rarely fail on technical grounds—they fail on people grounds. While traditional tools like power-interest grids offer a starting point, navigating today's complex project environments demands a dynamic, human-centered approach.
Join us for an engaging 40-minute session that moves beyond static matrices and explores the modern evolution of stakeholder management. Grounded in empirical evidence and real-world Australian megaprojects—including Sydney Metro and Snowy 2.0—this presentation equips project leaders with practical strategies to build trust, reduce resistance, and drive lasting project success.
Learning Outcomes
- Beyond the Matrix: Transition from traditional mapping to continuous, dynamic engagement models.
- The 2026 Overlay: Leverage AI-driven sentiment analysis and audience segmentation without sacrificing human relationship-building.
- Proven Impact: Apply evidence-based communication frameworks that lift project success odds and mitigate scope creep.
