OVERVIEW
In today’s matrixed organisations, Project Managers are expected to deliver outcomes without the benefit of hierarchy, titles, or direct control. Escalation is slow. Authority is blurred. Influence is everything.
This session explores how PMs can lead through trust, collaboration, and shared purpose rather than positional power. Drawing on Ferrazzi’s concept of co-elevation, participants will examine what it takes to mobilise people across silos, align competing priorities, and build momentum without relying on formal authority.
