How to Work with Change Professionals
Overview
Projects are demanding, change is constant, and project, program and portfolio managers often operate under prolonged pressure. In this Lunch and Learn, participants gain greater insight into themselves, what matters most to them and why, alongside a deeper understanding of the evolving role of change management and why not all change managers are created equal. The session explores how change managers and sponsors partner with executives to deliver business change, and how stronger, more informed collaboration can reduce stress, improve relationships and support more successful project delivery.
