Samantha Bosman
Associate Director, Tech & Data | KordaMentha

Samantha is an associate director in our Technology and Payroll Advisory Team.

Samantha is a dedicated, results-driven consultant skilled in payroll advisory, business process improvement, and strategic planning with experience leading projects and coordinating deliverables with a range of stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. A key strength is her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which optimise collaboration, creative problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management. 

Samantha has experience spanning private-sector national retail organisations, public-sector entities, state- and federal-priority projects, and franchising models. 

Samantha excels at business process analysis and improvement, advising and supporting teams to ensure organisational effectiveness is aligned with business strategy, and reflecting these objectives in the policy and procedure documentation suite. Combining a focused problem-solving approach, analytical mindset and leadership skills, Sam believes in integrity as the foundation of honest, productive working relationships that deliver excellent outcomes
