Design Thinking and Project Management | August Chapter Event
OVERVIEW
In a world where complex challenges demand innovative, adaptive, and people-first solutions, industry 3.0 project methodologies often fall short of meeting evolving stakeholder expectations. Stepping into Industry 4.0/5.0, this interactive workshop introduces a transformative approach by blending Design Thinking with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to supercharge how project managers define problems, engage stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
Participants will explore how Design Thinking, grounded in empathy and innovation—enhances clarity, alignment, and creativity across project lifecycles. Coupled with the strategic use of AI tools, you'll learn how to accelerate decision-making, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock deeper insights from project data.
Whether you're leading a program, managing a portfolio, or scoping your next initiative, this session will equip you with a practical framework to deliver smarter, faster, and more value-aligned outcomes in an AI-powered world.
