Paul Winnister Leadership

As a former RAF combat pilot responsible for leading teams to safety in life-or-death situations, I learnt to navigate the high-risk unpredictability of war zones and humanitarian operations with calm and confidence. When I hung up my pilot’s wings and began leading large-scale corporate transformations and mergers across diverse global teams, that unique perspective became the foundation of my success as both a colleague and team lead. Over the years I’ve learnt that the key to being a successful program and project leader lies in cultivating compassion, awareness and adaptability to thrive under pressure.
