Panel Introduction

Sheena.jpg

PMI Queensland Speaker - Sheena Downey - Director / Consultant, Digital Diligence Pty Ltd

I’ve always had an adventurous spirit (was part of the RAF Mobile Bomb Scoring Team, cuddled a tiger, voluntarily jumped out of a serviceable aircraft and abseiled down a 36-storey building), but it wasn’t until I discovered the world of business continuity and transformation management that I realised I also thrive professionally in complex, fast-paced and ever evolving environments.

In my opinion, transformation projects are no longer a ‘nice-to have’ but are a ‘must have’ in this constantly changing and more complex economic climate.

The combination of P3 management, change management and business analysis, to identify and understand landscapes, problems, opportunities and solutions, enables us to successfully deliver the right solutions, the right way, at the right time and for the right reasons, to achieve the right outputs, outcomes and benefits.

Jennifer is an experienced Business Analyst qualified with a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). She has been working within the ICT industry for over 15 years in both private and public sectors. Professionally, Jennifer is passionate about using technology as an enabler to simplify and solve complex problems.

Currently she is a Business Analyst contractor and is working on her company - Mawu; a company that provides integrated solutions for people to be more in control and aware of their household resource consumption.

CMI Speaker - Vicki Lewis - Head of Change at Great Southern Bank

I am passionate about people (and animals) so for over 20 years I have partnered with leaders and their teams to help them be at their best. My experience spans Human Resources, Operations and Program Management across retail, government, mining, and finance.

This journey has proven people are the greatest asset and vital to every business success. More than ever, change resilience is a critical skill for humankind, so I volunteer with a passionate group of talented likeminded souls at the Change Management Institute.

I am currently the Head of Change at Great Southern Bank, working on enterprise transformation projects and continuing my learning journey.

He started his career in Brisbane and has taken it globally having worked for years across the US and UK while based in Seattle.
