Liezel Pieters

(MSc. PMP, PMIQ president)

A highly experienced, masters qualified, PMP certified Program and Project Management Consultant specializing in large-scale strategic SAP implementations. Liezel has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and finance industries, working in New Zealand, the UK, South Africa, and Australia.

Currently, Liezel is the President and Chair of the Board of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Queensland.

Liezel thrives on the constantly changing conditions and challenges of a project environment and is very aware that the rate of change in the current ICT landscape is rapid and resource constraints are commonplace, and understands that despite these challenges, organizations must deliver outstanding outcomes to survive and thrive.

Liezel's superpower ability is to cut through the noise to get to the bottom of the issue & find creative ways to solve problems. She leads the way to visionary possibilities and creates what others said can't be done. Liezel is most productive working in diverse teams and believes that team synergy is what gives organizations the ultimate competitive edge.

Gina Davidovic

(PMP, Prince2, MSP, PSM I, CBAP)

 

Gina is a Senior Instructor and Consultant in Project and Program Delivery. Her international role includes working with clients to design customized skills development programs and project delivery frameworks. Her experience spans many industry sectors including Mining, Oil & Gas, Software, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, and Construction. Gina has spent over 28 years delivering projects and 18 years delivering project management training. Gina has been a volunteer with the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 1998 and continues to give back to the profession of project management through her volunteer work in the PMI Queensland Chapter and the Project Management Day of Service Initiative. Gina holds several project and program management accreditations including PMP (Project), PgMP (Program), PMI-ACP (Agile), PMI-SP (Scheduling), Prince2 Project), MSP (Program), MOP (Portfolio), PSM (Scrum). Gina has presented at Global PMI Congresses, Seminars World (Now called PMI Training), and PMI Australian Conferences. Gina has served as a Director on the PMI Southern Ontario Chapter Board of Directors in Canada and the PMI Queensland Chapter Board of Directors in Australia.
