This virtual workshop will be hosted by William Farmer, Managing Director of Dale Carnegie Australia. This workshop will be highly engaging and interactive and will help participants to build high performing virtual teams. Understand how facilitating stronger relationships and camaraderie through the use of technology leads to engagement and higher performance. Identify how leaders can effectively lead and create positive results in a virtual setting.

This presentation will help equip leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead virtual teams to new levels of effectiveness.

Virtual and hybrid workplaces are now the norm. Instant messaging and video chat are commonplace, making home-working and teleworking not only the norm but a requirement for the people that work for you, as is evident from the great resignation. In order to build high performing virtual teams, organisations should take deliberate actions to build in activities and practices that are vital to team success.
