Director - Program Management & Business Services

Chris’s career in Defence Aerospace began in 1996 when he joined the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) as an Engine/Airframe Technician. After a rewarding and enjoyable 10 year career in the RAAF, Chris transitioned his career to the Defence Industry and joined Boeing Defence Australia’s (BDA) F111 Test and Modification Team in 2006. Throughout his career with BDA, Chris has worn multiple leadership hats and was involved in various types of projects.

In Feb 2020, Chris accepted a new role as the Senior Manager – Program Management & Business Improvement & Optimisation Functions. After the successful transformation of these key functions, Chris has accepted his current role as the Director – Program Management & Business Services, providing leadership and strategic direction to 8 functions: Program Management, Business Improvement & Optimisation, Environment, Health & Safety, Quality, Security & Fire Protection, Global Trade Control, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Business Support & site Services.

Chris holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Diplomas in Project Management and Business (Frontline Management). Chris is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM), and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
