PMIQ Mentoring Program 2021 - Mentor Registration

Objective:

If you want the opportunity to give back to the PM profession and to guide and shape the career of a colleague who is in need your advice, guidance and support, this is the program for you!

This program was established to enable PMI Queensland members (Mentees) to develop their skills and strengths under the mentorship of professionals in their fields, while giving professionals and experts (Mentors) the opportunity to share their experience with emerging talents.

Duration:

10 months

Your role as Mentor:

This program is free for Mentors. In return for your time and commitment you will receive: 

• The opportunity to give back to the PM profession and to guide and shape the career of a colleague who is in need of advice, guidence and support
• Kolbe A assessment - this one-of-a-kind assessment has nothing to do with your personality type or your cognitive abilities. Instead it focuses on you inherent natural way of striving - working towards you goals, solving problems and being productive.
• Extensive Leadership training, including:

- Coaching skills for Mentors & Managers master class

- Productivity, procrastination and managing stress workshop

- Collaboration and Teamwork masterclass

Your mentee is relying on you to commit for the full 10 months. Please be prepared to commit 100% as you will be receiving a massive anount of value in return.

PLEASE NOTE: Attendance to all workshops and masterclasses are compulsory. Dates and venues will be confirmed during the Launch event on the 24th of February 2021. 

PDUs:

Approximately 20 depending on how often the pairs meet

The program is free for mentors.
