Topic: Impromptu Speaking - How to clearly express your thoughts without preparation
The ability to clearly express your thoughts without proper preparation is definitely an important skill to have that will help people understand you better. This skill comes very handy when you need to respond to unexpected questions thrown at you. Whether you are answering interview questions, clarifying things with your project team or providing brief updates to senior management, clarity in expressing your thoughts is the key differentiator between a convincing response and a confusing blabber.
In this insightful and practical 90 minute session you will be enriched with the concepts, methods, applications and exercises of impromptu speaking in the context of a modern day project manager.
