Until Jordan Duffy's firm built a data system, patient records were still filled in manually. As most of the service's work is done in remote parts of Australia, digital systems to access medical records had not been reliable.
"For such an iconic organisation, we had to very carefully construct the project to make sure we kept that patient experience."
Using AGILE, Buckham & Duffy constantly tested the system throughout the development, ensuring that the HALO (Health & Aviation Logistic Online) was operating effectively.
Learn how this project:
Discovered that Agile was more about people than processes and tools
Used User Story Mapping as a technique for scoping and prioritisation
Continually focused on Value and Impact
Succeeded in organisational transformation
