What is Toastmasters International?
An international education organisation whose mission is "We empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.“
What do we do?
At meetings, members have the opportunity to develop their public speaking and leadership skills by working through projects towards achieving their Competent Communicator and Competent Leader awards. The public speaking skills are developed by delivering planned and impromptu speeches.
Meetings are held once a month, within the 4th week. Arrive early as the meeting starts at 6:00pm sharp. Access into the building will not be possible for public after 6:00pm.
SCALE Toastmasters meetings are held at Level 28, Brisbane Square, 266 George Street, Brisbane, Queensland. If you enter the building from George Street, the right-most set of lifts will take you directly to level 28. No pass required to access this level.
