PMIQ are kicking off the year in style at the AECOM office in Fortitude Valley. Join us to hear valuable insights from two of AECOM's senior leaders.
Digital transformation is a journey – What does it mean for PMs?
Digital disruption is occurring in many sectors and impacting many projects. AECOM will share with us their digital transformation journey and the key digital disruptions in the Infrastructure sectors that they serve.
They will take us past the latest over-hyped technology buzz words and provide some practical insights into the impacts for PMs working on projects that embrace new digital technologies. They will use a recent project to highlight the benefits and risks of adopting new digital technology on projects.
Both of the AECOM speakers have extensive experience in adopting technology and will be available to answer your questions after the presentation.
