Participants will learn approaches to increasing adaptiveness, agility and creativity for PMs to succeed in innovation. Dr Evans is a foremost expert in effectively navigating uncertainty, and developed the international Complex Project Management degree, with an eye on the needs of future project managers. Dr Edward Kachab is trans-disciplinary expert with a passion to unlock people and business potential through innovation, coaching, and leadership. His practical experience spans across multiple and varied disciplines including innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, intellectual property, technology, national and international collaborations, funding, and leadership. Edward holds a Doctorate in Pharmaceuticals, has multiple published studies, 5 patents including one that increased share price by over 20%, and multiple R&D grants up to $1M to develop complex biomedical detection.
