Craig Hayes is Senior Vice President, Business Operations for Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (PGS). In this role he is responsible for the paymentCraig Hayes acceptance and fraud platforms deployed globally within the PGS product suite, with regional teams in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Hayes joined the Mastercard acquired company, Datacash, in 2013 as the General Manager of Operations, based in Cape Town, South Africa. Since then, Mr. Hayes has held various leadership positions within the PGS business unit as it expanded with the acquisition of the TNSPay business and the incorporation of the Mastercard Internet Gateways Services (MiGS) business. These responsibilities included the consolidation and transformation of the global customer support functions of the various combined businesses, for which Mr. Hayes won the Operations & Technology President’s Award: Grand Prize for Leadership Excellence in 2016.

Mr. Hayes holds a Master of Business Administration from Management College of South Africa, a Management Advancement Program certification from Wits Business School, and a Materials Engineering degree from University of Cape Town.


Ben Cheviot currently heads up the Strategic Program Management team for Mastercard’s Payment Gateway Services global program. For the past 3 years, Ben CheviotBen has been driving change within the program, overseeing the successful delivery of integrating our strategic M&A out of the APAC region. Upon completing his MSc with University of Queensland, Ben started his professional career as a Web developer and DBA for a small tourism company based on the Gold Coast, before progressing through the Mining sector and entering Financial services in 2016.
