Not everyone involved with projects and programs is a project professional.
Increasing social complexity in projects, ‘contracting in’ of project & program leaders, and the deep reach of transformative projects means more non-project players are deeply involved defining, delivering and assuring project outcomes.
Project and program leaders’ role is becoming increasingly focused on ensuring business, not project, leaders provide the direction, support and decisions needed to ensure sustainable project outcomes are achieved.
Andrew will share his insights from Helmsman’s work with transformative projects across several sectors and their unique complexity benchmarking research on how to make these relationships work. Along the way, he’ll highlight his tips for shaping & building these relationships to drive both project and business outcomes.
