Sarah Yip is the managing director of KEASE International, a successful Learning and Development company that delivers bespoke course design and measurable results. Over the course of the past 14 years, she has built a reputation as an engaging facilitator who is highly regarded amongst her peers and sought after as a keynote speaker on inclusion, equity, and emotional intelligence.

KEASE International has been innovative when it came to the pandemic by creating ‘Leaders Lounge’ in March after they identified the need for Leaders to connect and seek reputable coaching and mentoring. The accredited coaches have supported over 200 leaders throughout Australia and overseas.

When Sarah isn’t running two successful businesses, she is a busy mother to two children under eight, as a family, they enjoy traveling around Australia in a caravan discovering isolated beaches, bushwalking tracks or simply curling up in the hammock with a good book.
