About Siddharth

Sid is a performance driven Senior IT/Business Project/Program Manager with over 17 years experience in private sector organisations in the UK, India, Germany and Australia. Sid is currently employed by Mastercard( APAC region) and managing their global technology programs. Sid has worked with Allianz worldwide, American express, Fidelity International, Royal bank of Scotland, Aviva Insurance, Bolton clarke, E.ON and DXC in past.

Sid's areas of experience are:

  • Business & Technical Program Management,
  • Managing business change department,
  • Performance management and leadership for large teams, 
  • Strategy & Delivery of Projects Agile Coaching and facilitation
  • Implementation of S/w CMM and PCMM, 
  • Capability & Team Building 
  • Quality Assurance framework Design Defect management

Sid has worked in Payments, Mutual funds, Insurance, Energy trading, Equities, Retail banking, Investment banking & Credit Card, health, aged care and education domains.
Sid is certified in PRINCE2 (Foundation), a Certified Scrum Master, a practitioner of MSP (Managing Successful Programs), Certified Software Quality Analyst in past, Six Sigma Green belt  and Sid has a Engineering degree in Electronics. 

About the Associate Director - Industry Engagement

The Associate Director - Industry Engagement is a key role in our volunteer team that links PMIQ to Queensland Industry. This role coordinates industry events such as periodic executive breakfasts, engages our corporate sponsors, and provides outreach to employers of Queensland Project Practitioners such as senior leaders, recruiters etc. This ensures we remain aligned with the needs of industry, ensures PMIQ can keep our members abreast of employment trends, and inform industry of national and global best practices in project management available through PMI. This role also plays a leading role in our Thought Leadership pillar.
