About the Associate Director - Project Management Day of Service (PMDoS) role

PMIQld's Volunteer Associate Director - Project Management Day of Service (PMDoS) - coordinates PMIQld's Premier Annual Event, allowing Project Managers to use their professional skills to contribute to community and charitable organisations.  The PMDoS has been running since 2016 and has linked hundreds of project management professionals with scores of charities, providing great outcomes for all involved.  The organisation of this event every year is significant, and it continues to grow in numbers and locations year on year. This role coordinates a committed core team of volunteers who work throughout the year to guarantee this success.  This roles contributes heavily to our "Giving Back" pillar - providing innovative, community building volunteer opportunities for Project Professionals to give and grow through.

Our Chapter Mission, Vision and Pillars are what we are about.
Volunteering is also a huge part of how PMIQ provides value to members, and also how members can best get to know others and establish new skills and strong networks in industry. If you have an interest in better networks, giving back, or showcasing or growing your skills please contact our Associate Director - Volunteering to discuss how volunteering might open great doors for you.
